Murder Charges Hangs Over Disowned Young Lady

Octavia Kamara, disowned by her parents is on the run, alleged of killing a youth in Kamasondo village, near Makeni City, Northern Sierra Leone.
Madam Kamara is alleged to have hit a youth on the head during a fight, leaving the young man hospitalized who later died in the Makeni government hospital.
The fight according to information gathered ensued after Madam Octavia had gone to the village to ask for forgiveness from her father.
Octavia’s father, Mr. Kamara had ordered that he do not want to see Madam Octavia near his house and not even the village for simply disobeying their family.
Madam Octavia was asked to leave the village, but was still within the area when caught up with three youth from the village. While the youth were pushing her and the husband away, fight broke among them.
It was during the fight that one of the youth was hit in the head and fell to the ground.
Information also reveals that both Madam Octavia and her husband managed to escape the scene, before angry youth could descend on them. The young man was quickly rushed to the hospital but died later. Since the incident, Madam Octavia and her husband have not been seen as both had escaped to an unknown place. The police have instituted investigation into the incident, while angry youth within the village continue to search for both Madam Octavia and her husband.
It all happens when Madam Octavia decided to get married to her husband who is a Christian. Her father was opposed to the marriage but she defied all odds to get married to the man who is not of her religion. During the marriage Octavia’s father refused to attend and warned other family members not to attend the wedding.
The father went further to disown his daughter and banning her from visiting the family house and their village.
On 15th of March 2022, Madam Octavia decided to go to the village and asked for forgiveness when she was met with the restriction leading to a fight and the unfortunate loss of life. The police have now instituted investigation into the incident and calling on the public to help bring to book both Octavia and her husband for the allege crime. As we go press, the whereabouts of Madam Octavia and her husband is unknown as both have flee the area and possibly the country. The youth killed is yet to be buried as investigation into the incident continue.
Meanwhile, Madam Octavia’s father had been invited by the police to help in the investigation who spent almost a whole day helping the police with their investigation.
