OVER Le6.6 Billion Fraud
The proprietor of ABM Building Materials will this week appear in court to answer to charges of fraudulent activities of over Le 6,6 Billion. It could be recalled that proprietor Ashok Adwani was on Thursday 16th November 2023 invited at the Criminal Investigations Department to answer to Charges of fraudulent deal of above Le 6.6 billion Leones old notes. According to the allegations, Ashok had been doing a shady deal with the manager of Texaco shop of Al Hamd enterprise.
During an audit report aimed at reconciliation of what is sold and money at hand, it was realized that ADM owes 6.678,260,000 Leones. On the records of ABM it was noted that there was three billion Leones undervalue for good bought by ABM company was is believed to be in connivance with the former manager at El hand enterprise, It was also revealed that ABM owes over three billion.
