1. The Sierra Leone Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (SLEITI) - Office of the Vice President has received funds from the Government of Sierra Leone towards the cost of hiring an Independent Administrator for production of the 2022 -2023 EITI Flexible Report and intends to apply a portion of this funding to eligible payments under this Contract, reference number OVP/SLEITI/CON/2023/001

The Sierra Leone Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (SLEITI) - Office of the Vice President now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services: Independent Administrator for 2022 -2023 EITI Flexible Report. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference in RFP

1. MODE OF APPLICATION - To apply for this consultancy assignment, the Consulting Firm/ Team must purchase a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NLe500.00 (Five Hundred Leones) to the Bank Account at the following banks:

Proposal must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 Noon, Thursday, 30th November 2023. All Proposal must be accompanied by the following documents:

1. A valid Business Registration Certificate
2. A valid NASSIT Clearance Certificate
3. A valid NRA Tax Clearance Certificate 
4. A signed Integrity Pact (Section VIII- PAGES XX of bidding document)

Bids will be publicly opened on Thursday, 30th November 2023, at 12:00 Noon in the Conference Room of the Office of the Vice President, State House Avenue, Tower Hill, Freetown.
