Bodyguard To Former Vice President Implicated

In a shocking revelation, Sahr Paul Kebbie Dunbar, former Personal Bodyguard to Chief Alhaji Abubakarr Sam-Sumana, the former Vice President of Sierra Leone, has fled the country, after been accused of having a hand in the death of a young boy Aiah Fengai in Kono.
Aiah Fengai aka Wizi according to eye witness was stab during a political fight who later died in the Koidu Government hospital. The incident sent shock waves in the Koidu city township leading to total breakdown of security.
On April 21, 2021, Aiah Fengai lost his life in a violent altercation in Koidu Town. Dunbar, who was alleged to be in Freetown at the time, has been implicated and now stands accused for the young boy’s death.
Dunbar & Former Vice President
Sahr Paul Kebbie Dunbar is alleged to be behind the killing of the young boy and that police have already put out a warrant of arrest for him. The police have also made several arrests of persons suspected to have aid Dunbar while family members are constantly been harassed.
Report also alleged that Dunbar’s close association with Chief Alhaji Abubakarr Sam-Sumana made him a target for elimination by the ruling Sierra Leone People's Party (SLPP).
The incident has led to the Dunbar’s family house in Kono to be burnt down in a shocking incident leaving the young man with no alternative but to flee the country for fear of losing his life. The whereabouts of Dunbar is still unknown as nobody including family members could tell his current location.

Report monitored reveals that there is a grave political conspiracy against the former bodyguard who is now running for his life. Born and raised in Koidu Town, Kono District, Dunbar has now escaped the country and is currently on the run.
Dunbar's escape cannot be unconnected to series of events that is orchestrated to eliminate him and tarnish the reputation of the former Vice President.
As personal Bodyguard to the former Vice President a role he undertook during the turbulent 2006 elections, his dedication to the former Vice President continued through the tenure and subsequent dismissal by the then-President Ernest Bai Koroma. The 2018 elections witnessed heightened tensions, with Dunbar becoming a target for both the ruling party and the opposition.
